Now Hiring: Full-Time Line Cook for Yellow Umbrella - Libbie Mill

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to brand recipes and Yellow Umbrella standards
  • Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient food production
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including but not limited to equipment and workstations
  • Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
  • Adhere to portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and cost-effectiveness
  • Assist with inventory management as needed, including but not limited to receiving and stocking supplies
  • Follow instructions from the head chef or kitchen manager
  • Monitor food quality and freshness, and rotate stock as needed
  • Assist with menu planning and development as requested
  • Assist with market operations and serve as a cashier as needed
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
